Hi, I have seen first time this fly with outlined wings. It was in our home in Germany, roundabout 5mm

Anyone know, what kind of fly this is?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
