Is it possible to identify the species of this fly by such foto? Czech republic, Zlinsky Kraj. June 2019

Indeed, "seminationis" is a correct splling, the name is not an adjective but participle. I made this mistake in the FaEu, but it is wrong.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
