Hello,

I photographed this fly in Alba Fucens (AQ), Italy, 900-1000m a.s.l. on September 6th 2020. I think it is a Tachinidae, but is it possible to identify the genus or species just from this photo?

Difficult to say. Frons is very broad, suggesting Ceromasia.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
