Setacera breviventris

Seen this fly on water surface and floating vegetation of pond oct. centre of the Netherlands. See form of epandrium and surstylus shown in normal folded condition and prepared pulled out position. Posthumeral bristle very small smaller than humeral bristle.
Tergite 5 shorter than tergite 4. Vertico-orbital relatively small.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
