This head is typicakl to the males of some families of mayflies.

By having very small posterior wings and turbinate eyes, two cerci and very simple venation, I think that it's Baetis sp.

less one letter and it comes the team of Sevilla. Grin

I knew about the head, but I overlooked the photos of ephemeroptera males. Wink
