The anal vein is long (see the upper picture), so that I would say Anthomyiidae.

I will consult Joke van Erkelens' Anthomyiidae for DUMMIES, but being a female.... awkward

So, now we are back to my fiest hunch, Muscidae. Grin Muscidae, Fannidae, Anthomyiidae...

From the same area I have photos of Lispocephala brachialis.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
