Paul, it seems that the fly doesn't change the colour. All the fly has a normal shape. If really the colour doesn't change, it could be a mutation..

a friend of mine caught a few minutes ago.. a Calliphoridae fly with white eyes??? Frown mutation? Frown He didn't take photos. he wasn't kidding. I will have the specimen soon. Any ideas? Smile

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
