I'am sorry, I did not mention the size. They are about 3 mm.

I thought the antennae didn't fit Ptiolina.

The antennae are indeed not
Ptiolina-like, but the only alternative I could think of in Rhagionidae was
Spania (smaller than
Ptiolina) but that gave the same problem.
In the picture it is not visible there is a small apical stylus on the tip of the arista and that excludes Rhagionidae. Then remains only
Ragas unica (Brachystomatidae, formerly Empididae). The shorter fork in R
4+5 miht have set me on the right track but those two specimens I received today are much more easy to work with.
