I caught this in a small park coastal area in Telemark, Norway on May 25th. Size: 6.5 mm.

It looks like Polideini (large pteropleural, hairy eyes, curved apex of vein M, frontals descending low on face). You don't have many of that tribe in Europe, so consider
Lypha dubia
.
