(usually later in the year but according to T&H key also from V-X)

Close. Sturmia is later in the year and darker. This is Blepharipa pratensis, typically found in Oak forest may - june.

Thanks both.
Blepharipa was initially included in
Sturmia. Deciduous woodland was nearby, about oaks I am not sure.

Its typical host is Lymantria dispar.
