Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tabanidae #1 from 25.06.21: Chrysops caecutiens? --> confirmed

Hello,

these Tabanids hassle me for days now. Finally I managed to take a photo when I spotted one on a blackberry leaf today in our courtyard (northwest Germany). Ironically I was just going to photograph a much, much bigger Tabanid actually... (I'll post it in another thread).
