Looks like a Billaea (?). Arista with short hairs ?

I am still struggling.
It is too small for Billaea or Estheria. It keys out to Dinera, but I don’t believe that. Wing venation suggests some Blondeliini. Note the majority of hairs on backside of head are dark. “proclinate” orbital bristles are actually lateroclinate, very unusual in Tachinidae. Artificial ? Are we very very sure this is not some weird Calliohoridae (Eggisops ???)
