Many aspects suggest H. bimaculata male, but the upper facets seem enlarged (??).
Could you please check whether (or not) there are golden hairs on the hind margin of the first tergite (this is the small tergite).

Also I don't think the upper facets are enlarged, might be the picture lying. Trying to add another from another angle
