This is a common species in and around my garden, but difficult to spot, as it is only cc. 1.5 mm. Possibly the smallest Chloropid I have ever seen.

It seems that this fly is Trachysiphonella pumilio based on the relatively small blob on the forehead, which is not substantially larger than the ocellar triangle, and also the coloring of the scutum is brownish.
