Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Peculiar Pollenia?

Hello!

The wing venation seems to fit for Pollenia, but I have never seen one with brown wings. Additionally this one was only about 5 mm small. Found on Dec-01 at forest edge, Ostwestfalen/Germany. Thanks for any hints!

Thanks for confirmation, Theo! I had indeed no idea what it could be else...
