Found at the edge of the beach at Garth's Voe among Marsh Marigolds/Flag Irises in a damp ditch run-off. Looking online it looks like it may be either some Melanagromyza or Ophiomyia sp. Anyone know which, or something completely different awkward

Probably Agromyza sp. female. Melanagromyza and Ophiomyia they have black halteres.
