Grassland setting with rich vegetation diversity 20m from small stream.
A common species in this area.
Very busily nectaring on Tanacetum vulgare.
size: 6-8mm.
10th Aug 2021.
Flensburg, N.Germany.
54°45'14.8"N 9°25'15.3"E

On 12th Aug (https://diptera.i...ost_424714) none were seen on T. vulgare but several were on Cirsium vulgare in the same area. They were still on C. vulgare on 13th Aug when some were seen mating.

Hi Ray, I think it's correct (there are very small differences in the pattern compared to my fly, but this should be ok).
