Initially I had IDed this specimen as
Gymnosoma rotundatum. Barcoding however suggested
G. nitens.
According to Tschorsnig's key, for
G. nitens 'the petiole of R5 ends in the wing tip'. For me, this is not the wing tip, but looking at the Figures in the key, it actually seems to be closer to the wing tip than it should for
G. rotundatum...

Hi Lorin, you are right - it's not exactly the wing-tip, but much closer than rotundatum. The pattern of the abdomen as well as the size (I think it sits on a Cornus sp.) points to nitens, too.
