If so, this should be a male, as the palps are not club-shaped and the frons is not wider than the width of the eye. I tried to key this out. I think this is one of demotica/modesta as those species have partially reddish abdomens.. One of the key distinguishing features would be if T3 of the abdomen has a laterodiscal seta. Now I think there is one, which would make this modesta, which is a very rare speceis. Based on Mihalyi's key the palps should be black in this species, which is not the case, this hints to demotica. The scutellum being half red, rather than almost completely red also suggests demotica. So this is likely to be demotica.
