I have found this beautiful fly twice, both times on fungus in rotten beech.
Any one who knows what it can be?

you sure Tony? looks remarkably like
Pherbellia annulipes
(Zetterstedt, 1846) to me

I was also thinking more along the line of Sciomyzidae, too.
