I reckon it is a dipteran species which made this peculiar pattern. Opening on the underside of the leaf

Agromyzidae: probably leaf mine of Liriomyza strigata (Meigen, 1830), larva follows the leaf ribs and hides along the stem during day time. It could also be Liriomyza tropaeoli Guglya, 2021 (known from Ukraine) if that is really a valid species.
