This could be Archiconops smithi. But for a safe identification it is necssary to check the specimen.

wonderful fly!
I know that Tha?land is not a part of palearctic area but it's a shame that there is no palearctic key for Conopidae, even to genera. I like this family!

Sure, but you are no conopid parasitoid in the biological sense.
