This morning, November 18, 2021, on my balcony in Minas de Riotinto (Huelva).
It resembles Coenosia, but not sure.

Check for meral (hypopleural) bristles - it might be a tachinid (or rhinophorid?) with an abbreviated vein M

Oplisa aterrima (Rhinophoridae)
