I think this is the wrong time of the year for them.
In Japan they (Texara compressa, but your species seems different) were moderately common along forest srteams in early-mid spring. I guess they should be more abundant sometimes in March.

Megamerinids are not infrequent in Thailand. At least in the north. On the mountains along the Lao border (Doi Phu Kha, Khun Nan, Mae Charim etc) they can be seen on understory vegetation in hill evergreen forest but I have never seen them in dryer forest types lower down the hill. All I have seen have been at the end of the wet season (ie in Nov-Dec) before the place gets too dry.
