date: 17 July 2021; location: in Hamburg, Germany, on a Campanula sp. flower in my garden, which is close to a park with large trees and a small lake;
size about 4 mm; macro photo taken with flash light;
what fly genus and species? have no idea;

Platypalpus female, probably not determinable to species.
