I saw this year! Smile

Encyrtidae wasp, I think. Taken today in V?lega - PORTUGAL. Smile
1,5 mm. Smile on farmland stucked on spider's web.

ah.... Pteromalidae... Sad Is it possible to know the possible genus? Which would be the best possibilities?
