Thank you. In Afrotropical diptera, they wrote about Rivellia viridulans. Is it possible? Or can we exclude it?

Quoting from the Manual of Afrotropical Diptera (page 1662):
"Twenty-six species occur in the Afrotropics, but the group requires revision and numerous additional undescribed species (and possibly a new closely related genus), are known from Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Madagascar, Togo and Uganda."
