Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Heleomyzidae (Tephrochlamys tarsalis)

Last month, I found 2 of these flies in my house.
What could it be?
Edit: the title was Opomyzidae?

More likely Heleomyzidae. Tephrochlamys sp.?
