Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Small Stegana (?) - black pronotum and orange head

Dear all,
on 24.07.2020 I found this small (~3mm) fly on a leaf near a river close to the town of Thale in Germany. It reminds me of Stegana sp., but I can't find anything. Do you know what species it is? Thank you in advance!
