look more like a T (Pterelachisus) to me, but not sure

What makes you prefer that subgenus over
Vestiplex
? I find the ovipositor quite strong.
From subgenus
Pterelachisus
, the only possible match I could find was
T. crassiventris
, and I have few information about that species
