Not quite sure, which is often the case with Drosophila pictures. I would not exclude D. kuntzei. If you have the specimen, check if it has a row of denticles on the inner side of fore femur - if yes, then it is immigrans.

Well, I was under the impression that the tips of the longitudinal veins were also darkened - but this seems to be not the case:
In addition, here is a glimpse on the inner foreleg, where I would expect to see the row of bristles:
So
D. immigrans seems to be ruled out. Apart from
D. kuntzei, would
D. limbata or
histrio also be a possibility?

Not D. histrio which has triangular spots on abdomen. The present fly has parallel-sided strips. It looks like they are only narrowly interrupted medially, so my choice is (probably) D.kuntzei.
Btw, mesonotum seems me too glossy for immigrans.
