Hello,

Germany, Saarland, Bexbach, Garden at thistle, Absolute Altitude 250 m, 13.04.2022
15 m next to it is a willow and there are a lot of dandelions, daisies and many other spring bloomers. I suspect Cheilosia albipila.

Yes, with yellow tibia there is no doubt.
