I was thinking to Neottiophilum praeustum but seems it is not know in our countries...
What do you think about ?

Although I'm no expert, I'm 99,9% sure, that Paul and Gabor are right and Jan Willem will confirm Opomyza florum Smile. This is by far the most abundant Opomyzid here and it looks exactly like this fly.
