another fly from Retezat National Park... many more are on the way

i think this is some kind of
Thricops, it is? something more can be added?

Anal vein reaches wing marging: Anthomyiidae. The small, very flat abdomen is also notewortly.

I think this type of abdominal pattern is rather uncommon in Anthomyiidae.
Could this be the male fo Hydrophoria ruralis? This species has an abdomen like this, but otherwise this is just a guess, not an id.
