Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Elachiptera? Which species? --> Chamaepsila

I found several specimens of this fly in my Ligustrum hedge in my garden in N Netherlands. Is it Elachiptera? If zo, which species? I estimate its length between 2 and 3 mm.
