I found this tiny (2.5 mm) and rather strange fly in Quercus suber.
Today, June 17, 2022 in Minas de Riotinto, Huelva.

No idea what it could be. Frown

Never seen anything like this, and never heard of this family. Yes, the specimen of the link is very similar, although a bit "fatter". Grin
