Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Xylomyidae - Xylomya maculata ♀

Hi, I'v found this Xylomya maculata in my garden close to an old plum tree with a dendrotelma (near Frankenhoehe Nature Park, old deciduous forest), 2022-06-10. The abdomen ends pointed - is it a female?
