Last week I saw several of these Ceratopogonidae in a terrain near an old stone factory, in rural vegetation near Kekerdom, The Netherlands. It is close to the river Waal. It is a greyish Ceratopogonidae with milky white wings, annulated legs and long hairs on the last tarsi. Any ideas? Bezzia?
