Hi Morton, I think it's an Actia lamia (post-angular vein missing).

Notice that m-cu is also missing and there is a single large bristle where vein Rs forks.
Phytomyptera.

In "The Tachinids (Diptera: Tachinidae) of Central Europe" there are only two species of Phytomyptera (nigrina and vaccinii), but in the Norwegian species list there are 8 species. How is this connected?

Elfia has been shifted under Phtytomyptera.

You will probably find the others under
Elfia.
