Small, 4-5mm.
Melancholic, was happy to sit still, blow bubbles and show off its red rucksack whilst I photographed.
On Tanacetum vulgare, in mixed grassland, 20m from a wooded stream.
18th August, 2022 @ 17:50 on a hot day in a drought.
Flensburg N.Germany, 54.754211N 9.420943E , +/- 50m asl.

Anthomyza sp. with a mite. Generally, some mites parasitize Diptera while some others are phoretic. I think that this one is a parasite, but not sure. Apparently it does not belong to phoretic Macrochelidae.
