Can this Asilidae be determined from the photo?
Location: Germany, Bavaria, Garden in Röhrmoos, size approx. 12 mm

I think this is a female Tolmerus cingulatus. Rather dark specimen, most cingulatus I've seen this year were much lighter with smaller black rings on the tibiae.
