Hello,

a 12-14 mm fly on Impatiens parviflora near a forest path (northwest Germany). Possibly a Dinera?

Definitely ! Should be ferina female.

Thanks again, Theo! This species was abundant here in the last two years, but I mostly find males. Beginning in June/early July, then after a break again at end of August/early September. The one below is from two days earlier (September-01).
