Thank you! Would you say it is safe enough to register as C. puberula? I know these Carcelia species are difficult.

Yes, I am pretty sure and if there is no counter argument (such as puberula not being Norwegian), if should be fine.

And I had one from earlier this year that you mentioned that it looks like puberula: https://diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=5&thread_id=106133. So it should indeed be here TumbsUp
