In a first time, we had identified this fly as Calliphonra vicina male. We don't have the basicosta. We see red hairs behind the eyes.
Is it possible to propose another identification?

Hello Pierre, it's a male Onesia - and I think it's floralis.

External features are (pretty) unreliable in Onesia, in my experience.
