Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, hedge with a drainage ditch between a playground and a field of a nursery school for trees, grown up with bushes like
Corylus,
Acer sp., Populus and other, 8th of June 2022, Outdoorphotos: kuv.
I would say "
Opomyza germinationis" but I am irritated by the black tip at the antenna ... Please help me to get the ID.

In doubtfull cases it's best to check the pro-episternum which is bare in
Opomyza germinationis and has some hairs in
O. petrei.
