2022-05-03, Badem, RLP, DE; Chironomidae Midges captured on Thuja occidentalis. Are they both sexes from one Midge or two seperate species?

I would say they are both male, and look like
Dasyhelea
(Ceratopogonidae)

Thanks for your help, Tony. New family for me. Not much online to compare them to though.
