Here are 3 flies that I believe to be Fannia Species.
First Fly:
2022-04-30, Badem, RLP, DE; Fannia Species male? (1 photo)

Thanks for your help. For the Hydrophoria Fly would you say cf lancifer. It looks like photos I found of H. lancifer on NatureSpot.
