Hi Karola, I think, this female could be
Bibio cf. lanigerus:
- small species, thorax black
- wings brownish yellow, stigma hardly visible
- legs reddish
- halteres black

Bibio johannis also looks similar, at least for my eyes.

Yes, but female
B. johannis have "wings nearly transparent, stigma distinct, pronotum centre black, sides reddish yellow..."
