Hello! This is a Scaeva sp. (Syrphidae) female, dignota or selenitica. I can’t see the edge of the abdomen clearly, to decide this.

I think it's a female
S. selenitica
- it appears FEB-NOV while
S. dignota
is a summer species and dignota's yellow spots are usually broader.

About this, second picture, i would vote to selenitica as well, because yellow spots on the abdomen don’t reach the margin of the abdomen.
