Can anyone help me with this fly? Unfortunatelly I don't have a dorsal view.

I have the same opinion.

as I told you in msn, it is Scenopinidae.
I think Paul is right about the genus.
Steve will say more. He is an expert on this family too.

S. bulbapennis and S. glabrifrons are the species known for Portugal.

Most probably
niger and
fenestralis can be found there as well.
